Terms of Service

1. Agreement.

By accessing FreeMultimediaSource, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept, please discontinue use of the service.

2. Accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must be at least 16 years old, or the applicable digital-consent age of your country of residence, to create an account.

3. Subscriptions & fees.

• Essentials tier — free of charge.
• Lossless tier — €14.99 per month, billed in Euro.
• Studio tier — €24.99 per month, includes archival export.

All prices are inclusive of Austrian VAT at the statutory rate. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

4. Content licences.

FreeMultimediaSource licenses streaming rights from rightsholders under agreements registered with AKM. You may stream for personal, non-commercial listening. Commercial redistribution of any track is prohibited without explicit written permission.

5. Artist submissions.

Artists submitting material warrant they hold the rights to the recordings submitted. FreeMultimediaSource pays published royalty rates per the artist agreement, denominated in Euro and transferred to SEPA-compatible accounts.

6. Prohibited conduct.

• Circumventing technical protection measures.
• Using automated tools to scrape, mirror or retrain on catalogue content.
• Uploading material that infringes third-party rights.

7. Termination.

We may suspend access for breach of these terms. You may close your account at any time via your dashboard or by writing to info@freemultimediasource.com.

8. Liability.

To the extent permitted under Austrian law, our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the twelve months preceding any claim.

9. Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Vienna, save for mandatory consumer-protection provisions under EU law.
