2. What we collect.

Account data — email address, display name, country (Austria / EU / international).
Listening history — used only to personalise your library and never sold to third parties.
Payment data — processed exclusively by EU-based payment providers. We do not store card numbers.
Technical logs — IP address, user agent and session identifiers, retained for 14 days.

3. Legal bases.

We process your data under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract), Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest) and, where applicable, Art. 6(1)(a) (consent). Marketing communications are opt-in only.

4. Retention.

Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 3 years for accounting obligations under Austrian law. Technical logs are automatically purged after 14 days.

5. Your rights.

Access your data (Art. 15 GDPR).
Rectify inaccurate records (Art. 16 GDPR).
Erase your account and data (Art. 17 GDPR).
Export your data in a portable format (Art. 20 GDPR).
Lodge a complaint with the Austrian DPA (Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Wien).

6. Cookies.

We use a minimal set of first-party cookies strictly required for session handling. No third-party advertising cookies are placed.
